This novel by Lorenzo Silva is an experiment he carried out in 2001, creating a collaborative method with readers where he offered alternatives at the end of each chapter for readers to vote for the option they liked the most. The result has been a “light” novelette with touches of Silva, witty phrases, humour, social reflection and male and female flesh. Although the final product may not be as tasty as we expected, it is an appetizer that goes well, and Silva’s faithful followers will not be repelled. Nevertheless, I would not recommend it as the author’s first novel to read.
Esta novela de Lorenzo Silva es un experimento que realizó en el 2001, creando un método colaborativo con lectores donde ofrecía alternativas al final de cada capítulo para que los lectores votaran la opción que más les gustara. El resultado ha sido una novelita “light” con pinceladas de Silva, frases ingeniosas, humor, reflexión social y carne femenina y masculina. Aunque el producto final no sea tan sabroso como esperábamos, es un aperitivo que entra bien, y a los fieles de Silva no les repelerá. No obstante, no lo recomendaría como la primera novela del autor para leer.
