The Nintendo Switch console is a new, untested addition to the gaming world. While its key features are still shrouded in uncertainty, its launch title, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, is a brilliant masterpiece that leaves no question about its quality. The game has been in development for an extended period of time, and the pride with which it has been presented by its developers, producers, and Nintendo representatives is justified. From the beginning to the end, Breath of the Wild is a shining example of excellence.
The story begins with Link awakening in a strange room, with no memory of how he got there, and only a Nintendo Switch Sheikah Slate to guide him. Players can choose to follow the main story or explore the vast open world of Hyrule, meeting new friends and familiar faces along the way. The story is emotional and deep, yet it can be enjoyed at the player’s own pace. However, the focus of Breath of the Wild is not just on the story but on the journey between the story points. The open world of Hyrule is enormous, with something exciting and interesting at every turn. There are enemies to fight, puzzles to solve, secrets to uncover, and a breathtaking landscape to explore. The game offers an experience that goes beyond a simple story tour of the map.
Breath of the Wild offers a gameplay experience that is challenging yet doable, with puzzles and boss battles that balance perfectly.
